Horn aka Leah Dawn Horn, The Reserve at Windwood Bay Homeowners Association, Inc., a Florida not-for-profit corporation, The Unknown Tenant n/k/a Matthew Mundell In Possession, Windwood Bay Homeowners Association, Inc., are defendants, the Polk County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at online at www.polk.realforeclose.com, Polk County, Florida at 10:00am EST on the October 1, 2019 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 114, OF WINDWOOD BAY PHASE ONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 118, PAGE 40 THROUGH 47, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
