NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 23rd day of August, 2019, and entered in Case No. 2019CA-000872-0000-00, of the Circuit Court of the 10TH Judicial Circuit in and for POLK County, Florida, wherein REVERSE MORTGAGE SOLUTIONS, INC is the Plaintiff and SHARON R. MASSEY; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. STACY M. BUTTERFIELD, CPA as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.polk.realforeclose.com at, 10:00 AM on the 22nd day of October, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE NORTH 150 FEET OF THE EAST 33.57 FEET OF THE WEST 193.69 FEET OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 IN SECTION 31, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST, POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA LESS THE NORTH 25 FEET FOR ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY
