NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 19, 2019, entered in Case No. 2017CA001379000000 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, National Association fka The Bank of New York Trust Company, N.A. as successor to JPMorgan Chase Bank N.A., successor by merger to Bank One, National Association, as Trustee for Residential Asset Mortgage Products, Inc., Mortgage Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates Series 2002-RS2 is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Spouse, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, and all other parties claiming an interest by, through, under or against the Estate of Frank S. Findlay a/k/a Francis S. Findlay, Deceased; Melony F. Anderson; Mark Findlay; Jayson Findlay; Mark Findlay, as Personal Representative of Estate of Frank S. Findlay a/k/a Francis S. Findlay, Deceased; Mark Findlay, as Successor Trustee of the Frank & Loraine Findlay Living Trust, dated December 28, 2012 are the Defendants, that Stacy M. Butterfield, Polk County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.polk. realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 1st day of October, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 127, LAKE N GOLF ESTATES ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 80, PAGE 16, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
