NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2018-CA-001964 of the Circuit Court of the 10th Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, Plaintiff and Ryestone, LLC are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Stacy M. Butterfield, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on October 14, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
APARTMENT NO. 3, BUILDING CL-03, OF GRENELEFE CORNER LAKE WEST CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 1594, PAGE 1051, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ALL OF ITS APPURTENANCES ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 1, PAGES 81-82, PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED 5.25% SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AND AMENDMENT THERETO RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 1594, PAGE 1373 AND AMENDMENT RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 1979, PAGE 1797, PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM NO LATER THAN THE DATE THAT THE CLERK REPORTS THE FUNDS AS UNCLAIMED.
