NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2019-CA-001643 of the Circuit Court of the 10th Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo USA Holdings, Inc., Plaintiff and Larry E. Hollar are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Gary J. Cooney, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on October 10, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 495, OUTDOOR RESORTS AT ORLANDO, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM SET FORTH IN OR BOOK 1373, PAGE 289 AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO AND AS SHOWN IN PLAT BOOK 51, PAGES 1 THROUGH 7, ALL AMONG THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN AND TO, AS WELL AS THE RIGHT OF USE OF THE COMMON USE ELEMENTS OF SAID CONDOMINIUM.

TOGETHER WITH THAT CERTAIN MANUFACTURED HOME, YEAR: 1987, MAKE: RICHARDSON/NOBILITY, VIN#: N12840.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM NO LATER THAN THE DATE THAT THE CLERK REPORTS THE FUNDS AS UNCLAIMED.
