Begin 501.43 feet West of the Southwest corner of Lot 13, Block F of Mulberry Heights, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 26, Page 26, Public Records of Polk County, Florida, thence run North 300 feet, West 200 feet, South 300 feet, thence East 200 feet to the Point of Beginning; LESS road right of way.

has been filed against you in the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit, Polk County, Florida, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses to the Complaint, if any, to Gregory A. Sanoba, Esq., 422 South Florida Avenue, Lakeland, Florida 33801, on or before October 14, 2019, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
