NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 14, 2018, and entered in Case No. 2017CA-001753-0000-00 of the Circuit Court of the 10TH Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein HSBC Bank USA, National Association, as Trustee, for the registered holders of Nomura Home Equity Home Loan, Inc. Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2007-2, is Plaintiff and Walter Jones; Unknown Spouse of Walter Jones; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for Resmae Mortgage Corporation; Janet Maragh; City of Lakeland, Florida; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2; Unknown Tenant #3; Unknown Tenant #4, are Defendants, the Office of the Clerk, Polk County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder or bidders via online at www.polk.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on the 22nd day of October, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, BLOCK 7, GOLCONDA, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 34, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
