NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 1 day of July, 2019, in the above-captioned action, the following property situated in Collier County, Florida, described as:
THE WEST 75 FEET OF THE EAST 180 FEET OF TRACT 13, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES UNIT NO. 26, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGES 15 AND 16, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.

shall be sold by the Clerk of Court, CRYSTAL K. KINZEL, on the October 7, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. (Eastern Time) in person, in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex in the Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, to the highest bidder, for cash, after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida Statutes.
