NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 9, 2019, and entered in 11-2019-CA-002253-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein DITECH FINANCIAL LLC F/K/A GREEN TREE SERVICING LLC is the Plaintiff and MARC L. SHAPIRO, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE 4211 22ND AVENUE TRUST; JEAN SAINT SURIN A/K/A JEAN SAINT-SURIN; LYNDA NELSON; THE COURTYARDS OF GOLDEN GATE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Crystal K. Kinzel as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM, on October 7, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
