The Clerk of the Court, LINDA DOGGETT, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, on September 25, 2019 at 9:00 AM, following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 45, BLOCK 1, ROOKERY POINTE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 69, PAGE 9, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
