NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 21,2019 and entered in Case No. 18-CA-2202 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, d/b/a CHRISTIANA TRUST, AS TRUSTEE FOR NORMANDY MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2016-2, is the Plaintiff and KELLIE GAFFORD; ST. CHARLES PLACE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; FLORIDA HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION, A PUBLIC CORPORATION, are Defendants, Pat Frank, Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com on September 25, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
