NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered August 27, 2019 in Civil Case No. 29-2014-CA-010498 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH
Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE BEAR STEARNS ALT-A TRUST, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-7 is Plaintiff and DAVID A REED JR A/K/A DAVID A. REED, et. al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, PAT FRANK, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida
Statutes on the 25th day of November 2019 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 7, Block 1, WESTCHASE SECTION “302” and “304”, according to map or plat thereof as
recorded in Plat Book 79, Page 10, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
