NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 13, 2018, and entered in Case No. 2016CA007259 of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWABS INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-11, is Plaintiff and Troy Allen Jimenez a/k/a Troy A. Jimenez a/k/a Troy Jimenez; Microf LLC; United States of America, Department of Treasury acting through the Department of Justice; Unknown Party #1; Unknown Party #2; Unknown Tenant #3; Unknown Tenant #4, are Defendants, the Office of the Clerk, Hillsborough County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder or bidders via online at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on the 16th day of October, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
