NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 06, 2019, and entered in 19-CA-004225 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, D/B/A CHRISTIANA TRUST, NOT INDIVIDUALLY BUT AS TRUSTEE FOR PRETIUM MORTGAGE ACQUISITION TRUST is the Plaintiff and APRIL D. WAKEFIELD A/K/A APRIL DIAHN WAKEFIELD A/K/A APRIL D. PLANCHOT; TAMPA PALMS OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; USAA FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK (“USAA FSB”); UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE ADMINISTRATOR OF THE SMALL BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION are the Defendant(s).
