NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated August 08, 2019, and entered in Case No. 19-000823-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS COUNTY, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., is Plaintiff, and SAMARA D. LAWRENCE A/K/A SAMARA DAWN MAGUIRE ROTHENBERG, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 08 day of October, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 110, Building 100, King Arthur's Court, a Condominium, all as set forth in the Declaration of Condominium and the Exhibits attached thereto and forming a part thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 4524, Page 1015, and all amendments thereof, and as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 24, Page 65 through 67, inclusive of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than the date that the clerk reports the funds as unclaimed. If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
