NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 29, 2019, and entered in 52-2019-CA-002286 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein USAA FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK is the Plaintiff and JAMES DANIEL ROZAR A/K/A JAMES D ROZAR A/K/A JAMES ROZAR; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on October 01, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
