NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to a Uniform Default Final Judgment of Foreclosure, dated April 10, 2019, and Order granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reset Foreclosure Sale dated August 28, 2019, entered in case No. 18-003466-CI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE OF CABANA SERIES III TRUST is the Plaintiff and WILLIAM F. BABBITT is the Defendant. KEN BURKE, CPA, as the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, at public sale online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM EST, on OCTOBER 16, 2019, the following-described property as set forth in said Uniform Default Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
