NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2018-CA-006695 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Quicken Loans Inc., Plaintiff and Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Creditors, Lienors, and Trustees of Peggy Lois Anderson a/k/a Peggy Anderson, Deceased, and All Other Persons Claiming by and Through, Under, Against The Named Defendant(s) are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on October 1, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 11, BLOCK H, BOULEVARD HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 54, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
