NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 28, 2019, and entered in 18-5424-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BRIAN J. CHEPREN is the Plaintiff and FRANK C. BRAGANO, CRISTIAN BRAGANO, ARVEST BANK, a/k/a ARVEST BANK, an Arkansas Bank, RAY SHAW, JAMES ROOFING SERVICES, INC., PARADISE GENERAL CONTRACTING, LLC, YORKTOWN AT BEACON PLACE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., RHV, LLC, UNKNOWN PARTY IN POSSESSION whose name is fictitious to account for parties in possession.
Ken Burke, as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time, on October 1, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit No. 11-D of YORKTOWN AT BEACON PLACE, PHASE 5, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 5911, Page 461, and all exhibits and amendments thereof, and recorded in Condominium Plat Book 81, Pages 72, 73 and 74, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
