NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 4, 2019, and entered in 52-2019-CA-003791 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC D/B/A MR. COOPER is the Plaintiff and DALE DEFRANCO; FTL CAPITAL PARTNERS, LLC D/B/A FTL FINANCE; CITY OF ST. PERTERSBURG; TOWNHOUSES AT BUTTONWOOD HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on October 10, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
