NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated August 22, 2019, and entered in Case No. 14-004559-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS COUNTY, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR REGISTERED HOLDERS OF CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-23, is Plaintiff, and TODD BLAIS, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 08 day of October, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 22, CONCORD GROVES ADDITION, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 85, PAGE 39 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than the date that the clerk reports the funds as unclaimed. If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
