NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 28, 2019, entered in Case No. 15-007975-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein CitiMortgage, Inc. is the Plaintiff and Charles D. Henrichs a/k/a Charles D. Henricks a/k/a Charles Daryl Henrichs a/k/a Charles Henrichs; Unknown Spouse of Charles D. Henrichs a/k/a Charles D. Henricks a/k/a Charles Daryl Henrichs a/k/a Charles Henrichs; Leisure World Mobile Home Park Association, Incorporated; Clerk of the Courts, Pinellas County, Florida; United States of America, Department of the Treasury Internal Revenue Service; State of Florida Department of Revenue are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 1st day of October, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 13, BLOCK D, PLEASURE WORLD PARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 69, PAGE 42, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
TOGETHER WITH THAT CERTAIN 1981 DUTCHMEN MANUFACTURING INC. DOUBLEWIDE MOBILE HOME, VEHICLE IDENTIFICATION NUMBERS D3649121A AND D3649121B.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
