NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 28, 2019, and entered in Case No. 2019-CA-003634-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida wherein Carrington Mortgage Services, LLC, is the Plaintiff and Luis A. Mieles; Unknown Spouse of Luis A. Mieles n/k/a Sonia Mieles; Florida Housing Finance Corporation; Orange County, Florida, are Defendants, Tiffany Moore Russell, Orange County Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on October 2, 2019, the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, BLOCK B, IVANHOE ESTATES UNIT 4, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 68, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
