NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated August 22, 2019, and entered in Case No. 2019-CA-002116-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is Plaintiff, and TERRI A. WILAND, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Tiffany Moore Russell, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 08 day of October, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 1800, in Banbury Village Condominium, according to the Declaration recorded October 5, 1979, under Official Records Book 3055, page 630, Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
Together with Mobile Home VIN 5039A/B.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than the date that the clerk reports the funds as unclaimed. If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
