YOU ARE NOTIFIED that a suit to foreclose a Claim of Lien upon the following-described parcel of property in Charlotte County, Florida:
Unit No. 115, Building 2 of Old Town Commercial Condominium, a Condominium, according to The Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 3110, Page 628, and all exhibits and amendments thereof, Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on TAMSEN HAYS, Esq. of Wotitzky, Wotitzky, Ross, McKinley & Young, P.A., the Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 1107 West Marion Avenue, Unit 111, Punta Gorda, Florida 33950 on or before the 17th day of October, 2019, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on the Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a Default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint or Petition.
