YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action for the Verified Complaint For Partition of Real Property that has been filed against you. The action involves real property in Charlotte, Florida (the “Property”), more particularly described as:
Lots 12 and 18, Block 3569, Port Charlotte Subdivision Section 64, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 78, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida, and having a street address of 10253 Winstead Avenue, Englewood, Florida 34224.
The action was instituted in the Twentieth Judicial Circuit Court, Charlotte County, Florida, and is styled Delaware Federal Protection, LLC, as Trustee(s) of the 10253 Winstead Ave Land Trust dated 1/16/2019 v. Richard T. Zimmerman.
You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Michele Diglio-Benkiran, Esquire, plaintiff's attorney, of whose address is C/O Legal Counsel, P.A., 13330 West Colonial Drive, Suite 110, Winter Garden, Florida 34787, on or before 10/21/19, and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
