COUNT III
Lot 4, Block 1676, Port Charlotte Subdivision Section Twenty-One, a subdivision according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 5, Pages 12-A through 12-G, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
COUNT IV
Lot 16, Block 1286, Port Charlotte Subdivision Section Thirteen, a subdivision according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 5, Pages 2-A through 2-G, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
COUNT IX
Lot 18, Block 1976, Port Charlotte Subdivision Section Sixty, a subdivision according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 5, Pages 74-A through 74-K, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Robert C.
