NOTICE IS GIVEN that, pursuant to a Final Judgment dated August 29, 2019 to set Foreclosure Sale Date for October 16, 2019, in Case No.: 2019CA001170AX of the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, in which is the Plaintiff, BAYWAY INVESTMENT FUND, LP. a Florida limited liability partnership and REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE GRANTS AND DOWN PAYMENT ASSISTANCE, INC., a Florida corporation, EDWARD ROBINSON and DEBORAH J. PEOPLES, ANY KNOWN AND/OR UNKNOWN TENANTS are the Defendants. ANGELINA COLONNESO, Clerk of the Circuit Court and Comptroller of Manatee County will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com on October 16, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. or as soon possible thereafter, the following described property set forth in the Order of Final Judgment:
Lot 2, KATIE'S OAK SUBDIVISION, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 43, Page 186, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
