NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 9, 2019, and entered in Case No. 2018CA003895AX, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, SOLELY AS TRUSTEE FOR HARBORVIEW MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST MORTGAGE LOAN PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-6, is Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS OF PHILOMENA J. RUGEN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF PHILOMENA J. RUGEN; ELIZABETH RUGEN PISKOTHY A/K/A LIZ PISKOTHY; PALM-AIRE AT DESOTO LAKES COUNTRY CLUB CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., are defendants. Angelina M. Colonneso, Clerk of Circuit Court for MANATEE, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 11TH day of OCTOBER, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 130, NO. 5, PALM-AIRE AT DESOTO LAKES COUNTRY CLUB APARTMENTS CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 665, PAGE(S) 374 THROUGH 448 AND AS AMENDED AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 6, PAGE(S) 35 THROUGH 39, AND AS AMENDED OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
