NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated September 4, 2019, and entered in Case No. 41-2018-CA-004004 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida in which Bank of America, N.A., is the Plaintiff and Carolyn Collins, Cathy Barnett, Greenbrook Village Association, Inc., Greenbrook Walk Condominium Association, Inc., are defendants, the Manatee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the October 8, 2019 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
UNIT 104, BUILDING 11, PHASE 2, GREENBROOK WALK, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2055, PAGE 1613, AND ANY AMENDMENTS RECORDED THEREAFTER, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN COMMON AREAS AS SET FOR THE IN SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM.
