NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure entered on September 5, 2019, in Case No. 2019 CC 2116, the undersigned Clerk of Court of Manatee County, Florida, will, on October 15, 2019, at 11:00 a.m., via the internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com offer for public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property located in Manatee County, Florida:
Unit 18, SPRING LAKES VII, a condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Records Book 1408, pages 4107 through 4159, inclusive, and as per plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 27, Pages 37 through 39 of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS.
