NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 13, 2019, entered in Case No. 2014CA005694AX of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, successor by merger to Wells Fargo Bank Minnesota, National Association, f/k/a Norwest Bank Minnesota, National Association, solely in its capacity as Trustee for Provident Bank Home Equity Loan Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 1999-3 is the Plaintiff and Cuong K. Horaguchi a/k/a Cuong Kim Van a/k/a Cuong Kim Horaguchi; Hideo Horaguchi; Suntrust Bank; AdvanceMe, Inc.; River Club Homeowners Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that Angelina Colonneso, Manatee County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 11th day of October, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 147, RIVER CLUB NORTH, LOTS 113-147, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 25, PAGES 164 THROUGH 179, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
