NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on July 9, 2019 in Civil Case No. 2019CA000666000000, of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein, BRANCH BANKING AND TRUST COMPANY is the Plaintiff, and BRENDA G. WISE; UNKNOWN TENANT 1 N/K/A TRAVIS WISE; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Stacy M. Butterfield, CPA will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com on October 8, 2019 at 10:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE SOUTH 82 FEET OF THE NORTH 446 FEET OF THE EAST 150 FEET OF THE WEST 175 FEET OF THE SOUTH 750 FEET OF THE SW 1/4 OF THE SE 1/4 OF SECTION 1, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 23 EAST, POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
