MARY PHILLIP, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARY PHILLIP, RESIDENTIAL INVESTMENT GROUP, INC. d/b/a R.I.G. CONSTRUCTION & ROOFING, and JOHN DOE and JANE DOE, as unknown tenants,
Defendants.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 22nd day of October, 2019, at 10:00 a.m., at www.polk.realforeclose.com in POLK County, Florida, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the Clerk of Court will offer for sale the real estate described as follows:
Lot 217, VILLAGE AT TUSCAN RIDGE, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 113 at Pages 37 and 38, of the Public Records of Polk County, Florida a/k/a 1127 Corvina Drive, Davenport, FL 33897,
together with all structures, improvements, fixtures, and appurtenances on said land or used in conjunction therewith.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
The aforesaid sale will be made pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause on September 4, 2019.
