Willoughby, Florida Housing Finance Corporation, Foundation Finance Company, LLC, Lake Eloise Pointe Homeowners Association, Inc., Unknown Party #1 n/k/a Gary Gleason, are defendants, the Polk County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at online at www.polk. realforeclose.com, Polk County, Florida at 10:00am EST on the October 3, 2019 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
