NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 4, 2019, entered in Case No. 2018CA002957000000 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. is the Plaintiff and Linda Emmons a/k/a Linda A. Emmons a/k/a Linda Ann Perkins; Unknown Spouse of Linda Emmons a/k/a Linda A. Emmons a/k/a Linda Ann Perkins; Chris L. Emmons a/k/a Chris Emmons; Association of Poinciana Villages, Inc.; Poinciana Village Seven Association, Inc.; Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. are the Defendants, that Stacy M. Butterfield, Polk County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.polk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 10th day of October, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, BLOCK 496, POINCIANA NEIGHBORHOOD 2 WEST, VILLAGE 7, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 55, PAGE(S) 5-18 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY. FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
