Notice is given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 30, 2019, in Case No.: 2018-CA-004852 of the Circuit Court in and for Polk County, Florida, in which ISLAND CLUB RESORT HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and QIN FENG, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE FQJD168 FAMILY TRUST and UNKNOWN PARTIES IN POSSESSION are the Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at https://www.polk. realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m., on October 14, 2019, the following described property set forth in the Order of Final Judgment:
Lot 87, Bimini Bay, Phase 1, according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 127, Page(s) 34 through 37, inclusive, of the Public Records of Polk County, Florida.
Any Person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owners as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
