LOT 10, OF THE UNRECORDED PLAT OF FAIRFAX, DESCRIBED AS: THE EAST 100 FEET OF THE WEST 1070 FEET OF THE NORTH 160 FEET OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 8, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 24 EAST, POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 1321 LAKE MIRIAM DR, LAKELAND, FL 33813; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale at 10:00 A.M., on-line at www.polk.realforeclose.com on OCTOBER 22, 2019 to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by Section 45.031 F.S.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
