Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on September 4, 2019, in the Circuit Court of Polk County, Florida, Stacy M. Butterfield, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the property situated in Polk County, Florida described as:
LOT 9 AND 10, BLOCK 12, GOLF VIEW PARK, BEING A SUBDIVISION OF THE EAST 1/2 OF THE NORWEST 1/4 AND THE WEST 1/2 OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 8, TOWNSHIP 30 SOUTH, RANGE 28 EAST, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGES 23 AND 23A, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA. SAID LOTS BEING A PART OF LOT “I” OF THE RESUBDIVISION OF GOLFVIEW PARK, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 27, PAGE 37, PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 306 SHADY OAK AVE, LAKE WALES, FL 33898; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale at 10:00 A.M., on-line at www.polk.realforeclose.com on October 22, 2019 to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by Section 45.031 F.S.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
