NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 21, 2017, and entered in Case No. 2017CA-001274-0000-00 of the Circuit Court of the 10TH Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein OCWEN LOAN SERVICING, LLC, is Plaintiff and Angela Elliott a/k/a Angela Marie Elliott a/k/a Angla Elliott; Unknown Spouse of Angela Elliott a/k/a Angela Marie Elliott a/k/a Angla Elliott; Glenridge Homeowners' Association of Polk County, Inc.; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2, are Defendants, the Office of the Clerk, Polk County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder or bidders via online at www.polk.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on the 14th day of October, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 118, BLOCK B, GLENRIDGE PHASE THREE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 98, PAGE 14, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
BEING THE SAME PROPERTY CONVEYED FROM TERRY ALAN ELLIOTT TO ANGELA ELLIOTT BY DEED RECORDED NOVEMBER 5, 2007 IN BOOK 7473, PAGE 1138 IN THE REGISTRAR'S OFFICE OF POLK COUNTY.
Property Address: 7904 Ridgeglen Circle W, Lakeland, Florida 33809
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
