NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 4th day of September, 2019, and entered in Case No. 2018CA004133000000, of the Circuit Court of the 10TH Judicial Circuit in and for POLK County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and MICHAEL NIEVES-GARCIA A/K/A MICHAEL NIEVES GARCIA; D.R. HORTON, INC; FLORIDA HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION LAKESIDE LANDINGS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC; FRANCES JAILEEN SANTOS MARTINEZ; and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. STACY M. BUTTERFIELD, CPA as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.polk.realforeclose.com at, 10:00 AM on the 5th day of November, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT(S) 348, LAKESIDE LANDINGS PHASE ONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 147, PAGES 45 THROUGH 55, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN THE DATE THAT THE CLERK REPORTS THE FUNDS AS UNCLAIMED. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER THE FUNDS ARE REPORTED AS UNCLAIMED, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
