NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure as to Count I entered in the above styled Case Number 2018 CC 005869 NC, in the County Court of Sarasota, Florida, that the Clerk of Court for Sarasota County will sell the following real property, in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
Unit 203, HARBOR TOWERS YACHT & RACQUET CLUB, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 1115, Page 1346 to 1378, inclusive, and amendments thereto, and as per plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 9, Pages 16, 16A, 16B, 16C, and 16D, and amendments thereto, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
Property Address: 5855 Midnight Pass Road, Unit 203, Sarasota, FL 34242
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash via Internet at: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 A.M. on OCTOBER 11, 2019. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of Court. Final payment must be made on or before 4:00 p.m. of the day of the sale by cash or cashier's check.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
