NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated September 11, 2019, entered in Civil Case No.: 2019 CA 002954 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF10 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST, Plaintiff, and CHAN VAN NGUYEN; MEN THI LUU; ANH QUOC NGUYEN; UYEN THI TO NGUYEN; CITY OF SARASOTA, FLORIDA; WIN-HERON, LTD., A FLORIDA LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, BY AND THROUGH ITS GENERAL PARTNER, PDG II, INC., A-FLORIDA CORPORATION, are Defendants.
KAREN E. RUSHING, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.sarasota. realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on the 16th day of October, 2019, the following described real property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure, to wit:
LOT 6, BLOCK J, GROVE LAWN SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 67, OF PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
