NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated September 11, 2019 entered in Civil Case No. 2019 CA 000404 NC in the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2005-16 MORTGAGE PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATE, SERIES 2005-16, Plaintiff and TOULOUSE KELLAM; NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC; OVERBROOK GARDENS ASSOCIATION, INC. are defendants, Clerk of Court, will sell the property at public sale at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com beginning at 9:00 AM on October 18, 2019 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:.
LOT 25, OVERBROOK GARDENS, SECTION NO. 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 1, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
