Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on September 12, 2019, in the Circuit Court of Sarasota County, Florida, Karen E. Rushing, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the property situated in Sarasota County, Florida described as:
LOT 33179, VENICE GARDENS, UNIT NO. 33, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 22, PAGE 36 AND 36A THROUGH 36F, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 1021 DEER RUN, VENICE, FL 34293; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, on October 17, 2019 at 9:00 A.M..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
