NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 12, 2019, and entered in 2019 CA 002515 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF9 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST is the Plaintiff and DIMITRIOS KARAMITSOS A/K/A DEMETRIOS KARAMITSOS; JOANNA KARAMITSOS A/K/A JOANNE KARAMITSOS; PRIORITY ONE PROPERTIES, LLC; CITY OF NORTH PORT, FLORIDA are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on October 17, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
