RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed August 14, 2019 and entered in Case No. 18-CA-003219 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein PARAMOUNT RESIDENTIAL MORTGAGE GROUP, INC., is Plaintiff, and ELIZABETH C. GONZALEZ A/K/A E. GONZALEZ A/K/A ELIZABETH CHRISTINE GONZALEZ, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Linda Doggett, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 9:00 am www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 16 day of October, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Lis Pendens, to wit:
LOT 43, COCKLESHELL VILLAGE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED AT PLAT BOOK 75, PAGES 69 AND 70, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than the date that the clerk reports the funds as unclaimed. If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
