Kriss, deceased, File Number 2019-CP-002034, by the Circuit Court for Lee County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is Lee County Probate Court, P.O. Box 9346, Fort Myers, FL 33902, that the decedent's date of death was June 20, 2019; that the total value of the estate is a bank account with a date of death value approximately $36,400.00 and that the names and addresses of those to whom it has been assigned by such order are:
