NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 16, 2019, and entered in Case No. 19-CA-000626 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-25CB, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-25CB , is the Plaintiff and ERIC B. OSKING; MICHELLE S. OSKING; THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS SUCCESSOR INDENTURE TRUSTEE TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION FOR CWHEQ REVOLVING HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2006-1; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are Defendant, Linda Doggett, Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 AM on the 18 day of Oct., 2019, the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
All the following described lot, place or parcel of land, situate, lying and being in the County of Lee, State of Florida, to wit: Begin at the Southernmost corner of Lot 58, INCHES PINE ISLAND FARMS, according to the map or plat thereof on file and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court, recorded in Plat Book 8, Page 91, Public Records of Lee County, Florida, being a point on the east right of way line of Bokeelia Road; thence run due North along said East right of way line for 189.27 feet to the Northwesterly corner of said Lot 58, thence run North 44° 38'40” East along the Northwesterly line of said Lot 58 for 194.68 feet to a point; thence run South 45° 21'20” East through said lot 58 for 133.00 feet to a point on the southeasterly line of said lot 58 thence run South 44° 38'40” West along said southeasterly line of said lot 58 for 329.34 feet to the point of beginning.
