NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 6, 2019, entered in Civil Case No.: 19-CA-002130 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2005-J4, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-J4, Plaintiff, and LISA WRIGHT A/K/A LISA F. WRIGHT, are Defendants.
PAT FRANK, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 16th day of October, 2019, the following described real property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:

LESS THAT PORTION MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGIN AT A POINT ON THE NORTHERLY RIGHT OF WAY BOUNDARY OF SPINDLE PALM WAY, SAID POINT BEING ON THE SOUTHWESTERLY CORNER OF SAID LOT 123 FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING, THENCE NORTH 23°04'26” EAST A DISTANCE OF 77.41 FEET, THENCE NORTH 55°53'22” EAST, A DISTANCE OF 9.23 FEET, THENCE SOUTH 23°04'26” WEST, A DISTANCE OF 85.17 FEET TO A POINT ON THE NORTHERLY RIGHT OF WAY BOUNDARY OF SPINDLE PALM WAY,
THENCE IN A NORTHWESTERLY DIRECTION ALONG THE NORTHERLY RIGHT OF WAY BOUNDARY OF SPINDLE PALM WAY A DISTANCE OF 5 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.

If you fail to file a timely claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the Lis Pendens may claim the surplus.
